In-person in Pool, Redruth £45/session

For those living locally or who simply value the connection of face-to-face work, I offer sessions in a private, therapeutic space in Wilson Way, Pool, Redruth. It provides a safe, confidential environment where we can sit together away from the distractions of daily life.

Online & Telephone, £40/session

Online therapy eliminates the need for travel, making it an ideal choice if you live further away or have a busy schedule. It offers the flexibility to access professional counselling from the comfort and safety of your own private space.

Walk and talk £45/session

Walking side-by-side in nature offers a gentle alternative to the traditional therapy room. Many clients find that removing the pressure of direct eye contact, combined with the rhythm of walking and the grounding sights of nature, makes it easier to open up and move forward.

Session Overview

  • A free 20 minute consultation is offered on enquiry
  • Full sessions are 60 minutes long
  • £40/session for online and telephone counselling.
  • £45/session for in-person and walk counselling.
  • Payment to be received day before your appointment.

The sessions are opened up to you and what you feel is important to you at the time. There doesn’t have to be structure to your content and you can move about in time or theme. There’s no need to worry about what you are saying or where to start. You will find your way naturally and together we will work to explore, decipher, unearth, piece together and find a way forward.

It is important that you come to counselling with the want to commit to your sessions and for change. I do not know you and cannot give you advice or answers to the questions about you and your life, as that would be unethical. It is vital that you discover what is right for you in your life and I’m here to work with you collaboratively to help you do that.
